Superior Gems is a diamond wholesaler at Suite 9, Level 2, 424–430 George St, Sydney, that supplies certified natural, laboratory-grown and melee diamonds to jewellers, retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers and designers with a registered business. Every certified stone is listed with its lab and report number, and wholesale prices are shown only to approved trade buyers.

What do we stock?
Four kinds of stock, each listed and described on its own. We list over 400,000 natural and melee diamonds. Certified stones carry a GIA, IGI or HRD report.

Once approved, you log in to the trade portal and see wholesale prices at your account's price tier.
Hold and order
Hold any available stone for 24 hours while you check with your customer, then order online.
Can I see stones in Sydney before I buy?
Yes, by appointment. Viewings are at the George St office or on a video call, and every certified stone is shown with its lab report.

What currency are wholesale prices in?
US dollars. Under the terms of trade, all prices are in USD and exclude GST, duties, import taxes and shipping unless stated. Any figure shown in another currency, such as AUD, is an estimate for convenience only.
How do I check a report?
- 01Find the numberOn the report, and laser-inscribed on the stone's girdle (seen under 10x magnification).
- 02Check with the labEnter the number on the lab's own website, not the seller's.
- 03Match the girdleOnly the girdle inscription proves the stone in your hand is the one in the report.
Buying from outside Sydney?

Questions
Is Superior Gems a jeweller or a wholesaler?
A wholesaler. Superior Gems supplies loose diamonds to registered jewellery and diamond businesses from Sydney.
Can the public buy wholesale diamonds here?
No. Our terms of trade say we sell only to businesses buying for resale, manufacture or professional use, and we do not sell to consumers.
Is a trade account free?
Yes. There is no fee to apply or to hold a trade account.
Do melee and cut-to-spec stones come with a lab report?
No. They are graded in-house and sold without a lab report, and they are labelled that way in our listings.
