What does matched mean here?
A pair or layout is sourced against the spec you send: shape, carat range, colour, clarity and lab. Certified stones carry their lab and report number, so you can check each one with the lab.

Are pairs certified or graded in-house?
Certified stones are listed with their lab and report number. Stones without a lab report are graded in-house and labelled that way. A laboratory-grown pair is described as laboratory-grown, next to the word diamond, on the quote and the invoice.
Matching melee or small stones?
Small stones are bought by parcel and priced per carat. To match an earlier parcel, add its reference to your melee parcel quote request.
