How grading works
These stones are graded in-house and sold without an independent lab report. We describe each stone's shape, weight, colour and clarity as we grade it, and you can check it on arrival.
How an order runs

Shape, size or weight, colour, clarity, cut and quantity.
Quote and deposit
We confirm price and timeline. A 50% deposit starts the work.
Cut and deliver
Stones are cut, graded and shipped. Cut-to-spec stones can't be returned unless faulty or not as described.
