For registered jewellery and diamond businesses. Register once to see wholesale prices, hold stones and order online.
Who qualifies
Trade accounts are for businesses that buy diamonds to resell, set or manufacture: jewellers, retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers and designers with a registered business.
We don't open trade accounts for private buyers. If you're buying a single stone or a ring for yourself, send us an enquiry instead.

Documents we ask for
So we know who we're trading with.
- Business registration (for example ABN, company number, or your country's equivalent)
- Tax or GST registration, where it applies
- ID for a director or owner
- Details of the business's beneficial owners
- A trade reference
Please don't email ID documents. After you apply, log in to the trade portal and upload them there.
Why we verify every business
Diamonds are high value and easy to move, so dealers are expected to know their customers. Checking each business protects you, us and the supply chain.
Depending on where we trade, anti-money-laundering rules may apply to us, for example AUSTRAC in Australia or FinCEN in the United States. We follow the rules that apply in each market, and we may decline or close an account where we can't complete these checks.

We check your business and may ask for more documents.

Once approved, you get a login to the trade portal with prices at your tier.

The application takes about two minutes in the trade portal. You choose your password as you apply, and you can log in to see prices as soon as we approve your business.

Is registration free?
Yes. There's no fee to apply or to hold a trade account.
Can I see prices before I'm approved?
I'm outside Australia. Can I apply?
Yes. We have offices in Australia, India, the USA, Canada and Hong Kong. Choose your country on the form.
Why do you need ID documents?
To confirm who we're trading with, as dealers in high-value goods are expected to. We never ask you to email ID; you upload documents in the trade portal after applying.
