These terms apply to anyone using this website and the Superior Gems trade portal, run by Superior Gems Pty Ltd (ABN 70 688 623 681). By using them, you accept these terms. Purchases are covered by our terms of trade.
1. Who can use the trade portal
The trade portal is for approved business accounts only. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, inactive or no longer meets our trade criteria.
3. Trade data
Prices, stock lists and stone details in the trade portal are confidential and for approved account holders only. You must not copy, scrape, resell or share them, or use automated tools to collect them.
4. Images and content
Photos, videos, 360 views and text belong to Superior Gems or its suppliers. You may use stone images to sell that stone to your own customers while you hold or have bought it. Any other use needs our permission.
5. Listings
Listings are indicative and can change without notice. Prices in currencies other than USD are estimates for convenience only. A stone is confirmed only when we accept your hold or order.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to reach data that is not yours, interfere with the site's security, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. Messages and voice notes you send must relate to your trade with us.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using, or being unable to use, the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Links to other sites, such as laboratory report checks, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
