We want this website and the trade portal to work for everyone. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
1. What we do
- All pages can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
- The 3D diamond on the home page is decorative; all its text is real, readable text.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, animations are cut back.
2. Known limits
Some stone videos and 360 views come from our suppliers and may not have text alternatives. Ask us and we will describe the stone in writing.
3. Report a barrier
If something doesn't work for you, tell us or use Messages & Support in the trade portal. We will fix it or give you the information another way.
